« My work is an ode to chaos and reconstruction, to re-composition, to the reduction of everything to a recycled playground. »

Torony is an emerging Romanian artist who finds artistic inspiration in many of life's details: Books, songs, lyrics, conversations with friends, and her immediate environment - particularly the waste she has observed in the face of urban growth. Her paintings are a fusion of gestural abstraction, surreal scenes, and concrete objects and shapes.
